Ok, sounds good. And how does it works?

Well, here we go! First, order your custom kendo portrait on this very page. Once the payment is finished, send us 4-5 photos of the person you want the portrait of. These images should be clear, large and in HD if possible (please avoid sending us dark, blurry or too small photos). Also tell us what color you want the stain in the background.

Once you’ve completed these steps, the process of creating your custom kendo portrait will begin!
Keep in mind that portraits are done on a first-come, first-served basis, so yours may take a little while to be delivered depending on how many we have beforehand. But don’t worry, we’ll send you an estimated delivery date!

The creation process is as follows:
1. The sketch is worked on and sent it to you.
2. This is your time to ask for changes! On the sketch you receive, you can request up to 3 changes without any additional cost.
3. Once the sketch is approved by you, the final work begins.
4. We will send you a photo of the final piece once finished so that you can give it the go-ahead.
3. You will receive the original part with a tracking number so you can track the order.

As this is a completely custom design, please note that we do not issue any refunds unless you cancel the order before we start working on the sketch.

Finally, keep in mind that this illustration IS NOT A NATURALISTIC PORTRAIT! The character will be drawn in a childish style (you can see more examples in the store), we do not promise that there will be a real resemblance to the people depicted.
