Recap of the 9th National Kendo Teams Gathering in Budapest

This past weekend witnessed the 9th National Kendo Teams Gathering, which commenced with an open training session at the Dojo FΓΆnix Iaido Kendo Club in Budapest. The event hosted participants from more than 30 countries, drawing attendees not only from Europe but also from distant locations like Australia, South Africa and Japan.

The event drew over 200 participants, making it a notable assembly for the Kendo community.

We extend our appreciation to the referees for their dedication to ensuring fairness and excellence throughout the tournament. Their commitment significantly contributed to the overall success of the gathering.

Special thanks go to the organizers for their meticulous planning and tireless efforts in making the event seamless and memorable for all participants. Their attention to detail and passion for Kendo were evident in every aspect of the gathering.
