• 19:00 – Goodwill Geiko at Cayla Dojo – a friendly warm-up to start the weekend

📍 September 27

• 13:00 – Opening Ceremony

• 13:15 – Team Competition

• 18:00 – Free jigeiko

• 20:00 – Dinner with fellow kendoka

📍 September 28

• 07:30 – Shinai Check

• 08:15 – Day 2 Opening Ceremony

• 08:30 – Individual Competitions (Open, Ladies, Juniors)

• 12:00 – Lunch Break

• 16:30 – Finals & Closing Ceremony

This kendo competition brings together practitioners from across the region for two days of spirited matches and camaraderie.

Competition Categories

Whether you’re new to kendo or a seasoned competitor, this kendo competition has a category for you:

• Junior U-12 – For kendoka up to and including 12 years old. 12-year-olds may also enter U-15.

• Junior U-15 – Ages 12–15. 15-year-olds may also enter U-18.

• Junior U-18 – Ages 15–18.

• Ladies – For female kendoka aged 16+. Participants under 18 must submit a signed parental authorization.

• Open – For all kendoka 16 and older. Minors require parental consent.

• Team – Teams of 3–5 members. Order can change before each match. Minimum age: 16.

Shinpan (Referees)
Along with invited official referees, we also rely on senior participants to help judge matches during the kendo competition. Your support is greatly appreciated!

Registration Fees

All payments are made in cash on site (CHF or €):

• Team Participation: 15 CHF / 16 €

• Individual (Junior, 17 and under): 15 CHF / 16 €

• Individual (Adult, 18+): 25 CHF / 27 €

• Two-Day Pass (Junior): 25 CHF / 27 €

• Two-Day Pass (Adult): 35 CHF / 37 €

• Saturday Dinner (81 spots left): 25 CHF / 27 €

• Sunday Lunch (Sandwich Menu): 15 CHF / 16 €
