This annual ladies kendo seminar is open to women of all levels, minimum age 14, preferably in full armour. The seminar covers ‘Kobayashi method’ as usual, a special method designed for women kenshi, and ‘Sakuragi method’ as new method introduced this year. The Friday evening session will be a joint session with Kodokan members and the women’s only seminar starts on Saturday. Kobayashi Cup is an individual taikai as part of the seminar.

EQUIPMENT: You will need shinai, bokuto (long and short, if you have one) as well as all kendo equipment.
