The Grip-Master fully furnished shinai is designed to resemble the feeling of swinging a Japanese sword. Its unique asymmetric grip helps naturally guide the hands into the correct position, providing immediate feedback on grip placement, tenouchi, and blade angle.

Two alternate sides of the tsuka are gently shaved: one near the left hand and one near the right hand by the tsuba. This creates an asymmetrical grip that closely mirrors the feeling of handling a shinken or katana.

Made from fresh keiichiku bamboo, this shinai is strong, durable, and perfectly balanced for regular practice. It comes fully furnished with Japanese leather fittings and is ideal for developing solid kihon fundamentals.
